Interactive Medical Games

Hey everyone, I just joined the LEAP Motion community yesterday when I got my new HP Envy laptop with LEAP Motion. So far I am very excited about the possibility's and future of this technology. I am a medical student and was just thinking that I would love to see more interactive biology, medical LEAP Motion games. I saw that cyber science had a few already, but I was wondering if there were any more, or plans to make more in the near future.

This is great technology that I believe can really help students like myself that learn best from interactive teaching.

I'm pretty excited about @Bren's cat heart dissection app.

If he doesn't release it, I would be pretty upset.
He's made a lot of good design decisions that people could learn a lot from.

Thanks for you patience! I've been working on new models and the app is just about ready for release. Along with a cat heart, you can now explore the hearts of a shark and mudpuppy. There's also a bell-ringer style quiz component to help students prep for those dreaded exams. I have a few small changes I want to make after my last round of usability tests but the app should be submitted very soon

@Naosum, I'm also working on some follow up apps on human anatomy; the first being a really detailed interactive brain. I always had difficulty working out the 3D landscape of the brain in my own anatomy classes, so I hope students like yourself get a lot out of it. More updates soon!

There's a dev working on a hand tremor assessment tool for people with Parkinson's disease, Wilson's disease, etc: https://www.leapmotion.com/blog/tracking-hand-tremors-leap-motion/ This would use the Leap's precision and widespread availability to help doctors and patients.

Then there's the Online Anatomical Human, which will provide real anatomical data in an online environment with the ability for anyone to annotate it.
