I want to create a gesture with Unity and need help

I am using the latest version of LeapMotion Orion and I would like to create a new gesture instead of a gesture provided by default assets.
I looked up the material, but there is not enough information. I would appreciate it if you can help me and if possible, what to do.

What kind of gesture do you have in mind?

I mean, if I record a gesture, I want to use that gesture's data.
