That version (3.2.1 software, with 1.7.0 firmware) is correct for normal use of the Leap Motion peripheral on Windows 10. We have never had the device enumerate as a serial COM port so I wonder what you mean by "a few months ago, I can connect" if it refers to serial communication.
If you'd like to transmit Leap Motion hand data via serial, you would have to write your own software using the API to output to a serial interface.
Meanwhile, you should at least be able to use the Diagnostic Visualizer and track hands. If it's not working, could you post a screenshot the peripheral's entry in Device Manager (under "Cameras"), as well as any error messages in the Software Log from the Leap Motion Control Panel?
