How to solve the errors of interaction hands

I'm trying to integrate Interaction hands with Leap motion .Once I drag & drop the Interaction hand(Left),Interaction hand(right) from interaction controller to the Hand models which is in LMHeadMountedRig prefab, I can see the error in inspector window
Please refer the error given below,

Those errors are Unity3D terms.
What it means is "How you nest items is important in Unity3D"

If you are using another system, the nesting hierarchy principle is the same.
