How to judge whether a detected hand is left or right?

Hi everyone, I'm new here,and I met a problem recently, that is :how does leap motion judge a detected hand is left or right?Is there some methods to do that?If I put the leap motion on desktop,how can I change a detected hand's cons and pros? Can someone help me?

That's provided through our tracking software and delivered via the API.
