How to improve the stability of hand tracking as sensor is in the fixed location?

Hi,
We put the leap motion like the figure below.

The distance between leap motion and the interaction area is about 25-35 cm.
We use Orion to build some applications, but the hand detection is unstable.

Are there any suggestions in this situation?

Unfortunately the tracking is only designed to be optimized from either a head-mounted or up-facing angle. It's not optimized for this use case.
