How to control the SteamVR Camera in Unity 3D?

SteamVR Asset is imported in my Unity Scene and I tried to control the Z-Axis with this script (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V7XUCIBVEH8&list=PLHltthN63PW8nXm8y5pY3V8xEb3GrFRFt&index=13&t=0s).
The script works fine but! the z-axis cannot be controlled..

I just want to fly back and forth with hand gestures.

Any help would be appreciated!

Oh, I added the script to the wrong place.
I added it now to the Steam CameraRig and now I can fly. But unfortunately, I can't move forth..
