for people with issues in the future with 1:1. What I ended up doing was two things.
Applied the Leap VR Temporal Warping Script to the digital representation of my physical camera.
within this script everything was set up like usual except for Head transfer and Tracking Anchor which were both setup to be the digital representation of my physical camera.
what this allowed for was fine tune movement of the hands and helped align everything in play mode.
Secondly I had to change the FOV of the digital representation of my physical camera. (I have two cameras in scene one collecting depth of the hands, the other displaying my camera texture)
This allowed me to get a match for 1:1 translation in hand movement.
There's a bit of fine tuning that needs to be done but other than this you're all set!
