How to add a menu with interaction to my hand in unity?

Hello,
I want to add the Camera-Facing Open Hand detector to my Palm but I get confused with the examples. Could I have a step by step approach on how to add a menu to my hand after opening my hand. Thanks!

If you are using VR, you could use Hovercast VR Interface or if you want to develop your own plugin, you can try the follow steps:
1 - Detect if hand.PalmNormal.y is facing up
2 - Detect if your five fingers are extended
3 - When de conditions are true, show your menu interface
