I'm developing in unreal, and i'm trying to change the basic body rig that comes with the unreal leap motion plugin. I can re-target the leap animation set onto the unreal mannequin which the animations and IK work perfectly with. However, when i try and use another rig (that isn't the original Leap or Unreal's rig) the hand IK is wrong; bones appear twisted, and move in the wrong direction.
My question is: how do I correctly rig a humanoid in Maya, so that once retargeted, the leap will work and manipulate the fingers correctly?
