As i want to put scripts on CapsuleHand_R, i wonder why it creates new CapsuleHand_R(Clone) everytime i run it.

A curious bug, make sure you are on the latest release of the Core Assets. After that, try checking and then unchecking the 'Can Duplicate' checkbox and see if that fixes your problem.
