Hand left-right recognition

Hello. I have a problem using leap motion on windows 10.
When I use one hand (eg., right), the system fails to recognise it (eg. left hand), or often flips from left to right to left while I move my hand.
What would be the likely reason(s) for the left-right misrecognition?

Have you tried turning off auto-orient tracking in the settings panel?
