Got new leap motion and it doesn’t work

Hello, it’s me again, I got new leap motion, and it doesn’t work!!!! When I plug it first time, system automatically start firmware update. It’s done, and now my leap motion recognize west bridge, I start firmware reset program, new driver install, and it recognized as cypres Usb bottloader, firmware reset stop with error 6. no led and nothing happens next. What should I do? Windows 10.

Does running the reset tool again still fail with error 6?

If so, you'll need to get a replacement controller. Either contact the retailer you purchased it from for a replacement, or PM me your order number if purchased through our web store and I can set that up for you.

Yes, reset tool fail with error 6. It was new leap, I got replace. When I first time plug it, everything was good, but leap start firmware upgrade and finish it well, then starts problem as I wrote before.

Then , I plug leap to another computer and firmware reset works well, now everything is ok, but when I buy new device I want it works from the box.....

Non vr games works good. But in the store is not enough games, in steam I can’t play with leap motion, cause I doesn’t have oculus/htc Vive, so leap disappointed me......
