Texture maps for the LoPoly_Rigged_Hands.
Drag these two images into your Asset folder.
In Unity, click on the HandModels, and drop down until you find LoPoly_Hand_Mesh_Left (and right). In the Inspector, change the shader to Legacy Shaders/Bumped Diffuse.
Drag the handSkin.png image skin texture onto the top Base (RGB) box and drag the handNormal.png image onto the Normalmap box below. You'll get a warning that this image is not marked as a normal, so click the "Fix Now" button below.
Do the same for the other hand and you've now got textured hands that may or may not resemble human hands but I think they look better than the black and white default version.
Here's some real skin textures. They look pretty good. Try them.
