Just an FYI for anyone who's received their Oculus CV1 but doesn't want to secure their Leap to it with adhesive. I just published my personal 3D printed solution to Thingiverse at: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1460958 It might need some improvements, but it seems pretty secure thus far. It's difficult to say at this point how well it will come out on other printers, but it should be pretty close, so if you have need for something like this and access to a 3D printer you might want to try it out.
Seems like a good solution! and I suppose it also works with DK2?
In theory it should work with the DK2 (I think it would just need longer clip lips and have the prong_separation adjusted as in the instructions), but it was neither developed or tested with the DK2 in mind. The DK2 already has a workable attachment solution utilizing the cable plate cover area (see http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:625401 , http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:444652 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:907237 ), although I ended up making my own custom solution involving a custom cable plate cover bolted to a mount piece because I couldn't get the official one to print well enough to allow proper removal of the supports. If you'd like I can upload that version. This particular clip-on design was necessitated by the complete lack of any suitable mounting points on the CV1.
Oh, I thought it was adjustable >.< I 3D printed the 'official one' back then, which works just fine. Will try yours when I get CV1
Thanks for sharing it!
