Firmware Update Never Completes

I've tried this a few times now and each time I let it sit for about 15 minutes. Close the leap motion app, uninstall, reinstall, rinse repeat.

I have a Rev:3 development device from 10/18/12
I'm on OSX 10.9
Downloaded latest software.

What options do I have?

Well, at least this response is what I've come to expect from the leap motion team. I've officially given up on developing for this product.

Scott​Byrns, I'm so sorry for the delay in response. Unfortunately you are using one of the earlier Dev Kits and the troubleshooting steps you have attempted may not be enough. Please try using this firmware reset tool, if that doesn't work we may need to do some extensive troubleshooting. Please let me know how it goes!

If you are game developing, this tech has been left behind in the cycle... order a new developer kit and your time to market will be quick...
