Error with handtracking - incorrect software version?

Hey,
I'm using my Leapmotion with VUP and VSeeFace, and they were working without issues until I reinstalled my OS (win 10)

Since then, the leapmotion is constantly nagging me, telling me the programs "are requesting features not available in the current version" and I need to upgrade to the latest V2 release.

I am on v2.3.1 and have tried the newest most updated version as well and neither of them are working! I don't understand why it suddenly won't let me use the tracker
Any help?

To use our hand tracking with VSeeFace or VUP you will need to use our V4 or later hand tracking software.

ersion 0.0.13 is the old version of handtrack.js which tracks only It frames handtracking as an object detection problem, and uses a trained.

I have installed the latest version and my tracking is incorrect left is right and right is left what can be originating this

Hi @emanuelmaia, when you are seeing your hands in the visualiser this is expected behaviour and normal that your right hand appears on the left and your left hand is on the right within this screen. Because the camera is looking up at your hand, not down at it, it sees your left hand as being on the right. In any application, that hand would be interpreted as being your left hand as you'd expect it to.

Please note that for the hand tracking to work correctly the hands must enter the frame of the image from the bottom of the image. The camera orientation reversal is to allow you to reverse the hardware and the reorient the camera to match.
