I have used Interaction Height, Recalibrate Device, Show Software Log and of course Diagnostic Visualizer. I have turned off auto-orient tracking (for better reliability). Also I have tried top-down tracking (it did not worked well at the time, I have not tried it for a while). Almost all options in the Leap Motion Control Panel are intuitive and easy to understand. Great work on the UI. I can suggest two small improvements:
It is not clear what are disadvantages of "Automatic Power Saving" (if there are none, there is no need for this option, so its existence implies some disadvantages of enabling it). It would be nice to have some information what disadvantages of having it enabled could be. For example, Documentation contains good and relatively short explanation: "reduce power usage by adjusting the tracking frame rate based on the amount of movement in the field of view. Power saving is always used when a computer is running on battery power".
In "Automatically Send Usage Statistics" description it is not clear what kind of information will be sent, how much bandwidth and traffic it would consume. Perhaps a link where all these details can be found could be added? Also, I suggest to change "Send statistics" to "Send anonymous statistics" to make it clear that no personal information will be sent.
