Developing App for Leap Motion - 3D reconstruction and recognising hands

I'm new to developing for Leap Motion but as for my project I need to develop something to recognize the hand and if possible to reconstruct it. Do anyone have a suggestion on how to do this. Furthermore, I'm having difficulties in getting the raw data from the sensor and display it in the app.

I'm using C# and the V2 sdk but if you you think I should be using any other language please tell me.

I'd appreciate some help.

I would strongly recommend using an existing engine like Unity or Unreal where the work of rendering the tracking data has already been done. Alternatively you can see how those were architected.
