Controller not switched on / recognised MacOS Sierra

Hello,

Just received my new LMC and it is not turning on, there is no green light appearing. Clicking on the resume tracking selection in the dropdown seems to have no effect.

I downloaded the setup files from here https://www.leapmotion.com/setup/desktop/osx

If you're not seeing the green LED on the side of the controller light up, it's possible that something happened during the initial firmware update process.

Try downloading and running the firmware reset tool here: https://leapmotion.box.com/s/x0por7h9ypltc2rtr5ez

If you receive an error that the file is damaged or corrupted, double click on the .dmg file to mount it, then open a Terminal and type at the prompt the following lines:

cd /Volumes/LM_FirmwareReset_Mac
./FirmwareReset
