Cant seems to detect hand

Hi i need help with detecting hands for leap motion controller , Im a first time user , i cant seems to get it works . I checked for few forums on that but its seems to be driver issues My device is under cameras for device managers ,is the device at its right place. (im using gemini latest ver 5.0 ) (orion latest ).
Or need to be change .
windows specification windows 10 home

Hi @reb_01, under cameras is the correct pleace for the Leap Motion Controller to be enumerated.

Please can you let me know if you are able to see your hands being tracked in the diagnostic visualiser?

This can be found in the Leap Motion Control Panel under the troubleshooting tab, if you can share a screenshot of this and the Device Status panel here or to support@ultraleap.com I will be happy to help you with this.

@dankirby Hi thanks for the message my device status looks good but when it came to diagnostic visualizer it doesnt show my hand getting tracked

Hi @reb_01, thank you for sharing this. Please can you share an image of the VR Visualiser to let me see how this appears? In particular I am looking to see if there is any distortion or obstruction of the image. @dankirby hi thanks for the reply the vr visualiser doesnt seems to show my hand it sorta became distort not sure the reason

maybe you just need to reinstall the usb driver like in https://forums.leapmotion.com/t/left-hand-misrecognized-as-a-right/15570/4 (even if in my case, the visualizer was completely empty)

@dankirby Mine diagnostic visualizer does show my hand but doesnt show hand being tracked
I testedout with orion everything seems to work it does show my hand in vr visualiser and diagnostic visaulizer
not gemini

@dankirby i also tried testing v2 playground from here https://gallery.leapmotion.com/v2-playground/
doesnt seems to tracks my hand as well
