Can't install Leap Motion device on Windows 10

Hi Leap Motion,

I downloaded the Desktop v2 Leap Motion SDK (LeapDeveloperKit_2.3.1+31549_win) onto my Windows 10 computer, but it won't install properly. How can I fix this? See attached screenshots of gpu information and leap motion installation error. Here are the specs of my computer:

1. Dell Inspiron 5755
2. Windows 10 64bit
3. 8GB RAM
4. CPU Type AMD A8-7410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics

Hi,

I have an Nvidia card, but got the same message and knew what to do for me.

I don't know if this applies to you...

However, my card had a mixture of onboard integrated GPU and an Nvidia 1050 (Like the old Nvidia Optimus cards used to do - lotso those around still).

All I needed to do was force the Leap Motion software to use the Nvidia card every time - by using the control panel 3D settings and setting the whole folder to this use.

This solved the problem,
