Cannot get Leap Motion Controller to connect

This is on a Deck X Project North Star Build; I managed to get it to work once or twice but now it wont pick up on the device at all. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling (And used both a version specified by the project creator and the latest version from leap motion)

There are no Logs in the Control Panel, Windows shows the device listed and installed with drivers in the device manager; but no red lights indicate the device is on when plugged in.

Please can you send some screenshots of the Control panel tabs and the software log to support@ultraleap.com and I will try to help you get this working.

There is also a firmware reset tool available here which may be useful. To get the tool to work correctly you may need to open the services app, scroll down to Leap Service and stop the service before running the firmware reset. Remember to start the service again afterwards!

It seems to freeze there. I have stopped rthe service before running the program and have also Paused Tracking and closed the application in separate attempts.

The software Log doesn't seem to split out any information usually (I have been checking to see and the post iv seen is once It flickered between being able to track and not, but ill copy them or send them over if/when it spits out information)
