BrightSign player support?

I saw a quote from the BrightSign CEO on the Out-of-Home page of the UltraLeap site, implying that Leap Motion works with BrightSign devices.

Where can I find information on this? All I can find online is one developer who tried to hack the two together using websockets, and the result was apparently disappointing.
