Bad USB connector on Stereo IR 170

My IR 170 keeps disconnecting due to poor connection on USB port on the camera module. Wiggling connector causes intermittent connection and disconnect. Will not stay connected. Any easy way to replace what seems to be a defective connector. Unit is about a year old.

Hi @ukemaker, the Stereo IR 170 has a 1 year hardware warranty, please can you send me an email with a copy of your order confirmation and the serial number of the device on it (you can find this on the sticker on the reverse of the casing), and I will be happy to help you further with this.
