About problem of the leap motion and other infra-red search system

We’re trying to combine Vive and Motion capture to produce a VR game by using leap motion.
But we notice the marker of the motion capture will influence the function of the leap motion. It leads the image is different with what we displayed.
Other users don’t have the problem after we watched some introduction videos in Void.
Can you provide any solution to solve the problem?

The Void uses a markerless motion tracking system called OptiTrack.

Can you share a video of the behavior? The problem is likely with the marker on the hand.

In our operation, we install markers on the stuffs which players hold, not on the players’ hand. We believe that the marker leads the leap mation malfunction.
We also notice that the motion tracking of OptiTrack also need marker. Do we talk about the same marker?

We haven't tried various mocap solutions for ourselves; a video would be the best way to help us diagnose the issue and suggest possible solutions.
