I'm trying to use Leap Motion with a touch Unity3D game, and the scale of the game is larger than the scale of the hands. I've since changed the scale on the controller from 1:1:1 to 2:2:2. The hands are basically the perfect size, but the Leap Motion hands are about 6 inches ahead of my real hands. Is there a way to scale the hands without also scaling the position?
If it's important, I'm using the Leap Motion controller at an angle (somewhat like the angle produced by looking down with a VR headset), but I'm not using VR. My hands have been showing up without a problem, but where my hands interact with the touch surface needs to be where the Leap Motion hands appear.
I've seen some other posts that kind of address this problem, but I'm new to Unity3D, Leap Motion, and the scripting languages, so 1. none of it makes sense to me, and 2. the explanations don't seem like they're written with beginners in mind.
